Welcome to our sparkling bar and restaurant! Here at POP, you'll find all things bubbly, sparkling, bright, and fun. It's a place where you can gather with friends over a glass of champagne (or whichever fizzy beverage you discover on our menu), and some amazing food that pairs perfectly with sparkling wine. Where you can have a first date or a 500th date. To us, bubbles are for any day, not just your birthday or New Year's Eve. At POP, every day is a celebration! #CelebrateTheEveryDay
You can find sparkling wines from France, Spain, Italy, United States, and other regions, as well as a special cocktail list with original and classic cocktails made with bubbles. And since we’re a “sparkling bar” not just a “champagne bar”, other bubbly beverages such as sake, cider and beer pop up on our menu as well.
